Which package is right for me?
- Exterior: paint, wheels and glass washed by hand.
- Interior detail: a full cabin refresh.
- Interior deep clean: for cars that have really been lived in, with shampooing, stains, odors and light pet hair.
- Full basic: exterior and interior in one visit.
- Signature refresh: exterior plus the full deep clean, the top-to-bottom treatment.

What is already included?
The Interior deep clean and Signature refresh already include seat and carpet shampooing and odor removal. Add-ons are starting prices for extras, and your final price is confirmed from photos.

What happens after I text you?
- I look at your photos and confirm your final price.
- You pay a 30% deposit, which books your appointment.
- You pay the balance on arrival, before detailing begins.

What do I get for the price?
Every detail is done by hand by the owner, one vehicle at a time. Open any package under Build your detail to see every service included, and watch your total and your list of services grow as you choose.
Do I need to be there?
For mobile service, plan to be available to meet me and make sure there is a working water source. I bring the power, tools and supplies.
How is my final price set?
Prices start by vehicle size. After you text photos, I confirm your final price based on condition. Add-on prices are starting guides.
When do I pay?
A 30% deposit books your appointment. The balance is due on arrival, before detailing begins. Pay by Venmo, Cash App, Zelle or Apple Pay.
What does travel cost?
Free under 5 miles, $20 for 5 to 20 miles, then $1 per mile, counted one way from 3100 Marston Rd. Bring your vehicle to me and there is no travel fee.
What if I need to cancel?
All sales are final, since your time is reserved for you. If I ever need to cancel, you get a full refund.
Give someone a clean car.
A gift they will actually use. Any amount from $25 to $1,000. It is easy: you pick an amount, text me, and pay. I text you back the gift certificate.

Pricing & quotes
- Prices are starting prices by vehicle size. The final quote depends on condition, so send clear photos.
- Your estimate is final only after I see photos. If the vehicle is very different, the price may be adjusted.
- Add-on prices are starting guides.
- Excessive pet hair or extreme conditions may cost extra. Light pet hair removal is included in the Interior deep clean and Signature refresh.
- Ceramic coatings are not part of standard mobile detailing.
Deposit & payment
- A 30% deposit is required to book and confirms your appointment.
- It reserves your time and covers travel to you.
- The balance is due on arrival, before detailing begins. No work begins until payment is received.
Cancellations
- All sales are final, since your time is reserved for you.
- If I ever need to cancel, you get a full refund.
Mobile service & location
- Please provide a working water source unless we've arranged something else.
- If you bring your vehicle to me, appointments are at 3100 Marston Rd, by appointment only.
